No More Automatic Commissions:
Buyer agent commissions are no longer listed on the MLS. To find out how much the seller is willing to contribute towards the buyer’s agent fee, buyers need to ask each seller directly. If the seller’s contribution exceeds the agreed commission, the buyer keeps the difference. If it falls short, the buyer covers the difference.

  7. Pick the Agent the best fits your needs.
  8. Buy your next home, save money.

Agents

  1. Register and select a monthly plan.
  2. Enter your profile information.
  3. Enter default offer information, can be changed while making an offer.
  4. Select the area (select zip codes) where you would like to represent Buyers.
  5. Wait for Buyers to submit requests for representation.
  6. Make an offer on the Buyer requests of your choosing.
  7. Wait for the Buyer to contact you.
  8. Earn your next commission.
